Returns & Exchanges

At K Stars, we want you to love your fashion finds; however, if a piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all K Stars designer tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
